$***** Per Hour inclusive of 25% Casual Loading + Penalty Rates + 12% Superannuation
Roster Available: Across Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 2:00pm

THE POSITION
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to the highest standards throughout daily operations
Set up, service, and pack down meeting rooms and event spaces, including VIP boardroom catering, breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, cocktail functions, and formal dinners
Support our meeting room operations by preparing and serving high-quality barista coffee and other beverages
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of hospitality areas, including undertaking general cleaning
Demonstrate initiative and adaptability by taking on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve, with a flexible approach to changing priorities




THE PERSON
Minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate hospitality, professional services, or premium customer service environment
A proactive, self-motivated team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine service, barista skills, and silver service standards
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus and impeccable personal presentation
Demonstrated willingness to learn, develop, and cross-train across different areas of the business as required
Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and standard business software
Willing to apply for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
