Join Jack Roney Ward as Clinical Nurse Specialist and play a key role in shaping patient care across our General Medicine and General Surgery services. You'll coordinate care delivery, mentor developing clinicians and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to strengthen quality, safety and clinical excellence across the ward.
About the Role
Lead and coordinate nursing care across shifts in a busy acute ward
Support and mentor nurses, graduates and students
Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Champion evidence-based practice and clinical excellence
Build strong multidisciplinary relationships across the hospital
Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
About You
Experienced Registered Nurse with strong acute care experience
Confident clinical leader and resource for colleagues
