At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we're excited to be recruiting for a newly created role within our People & Culture team, focused on supporting learning and capability across MFG's major transformation the Capability & Internal Communications Partner (Transformation & Digital Learning) you will be working closely with our project, technology and change delivery teams. You'll lead learning across key transformation initiatives, from identifying what our people need to know and designing practical, engaging learning solutions, through to supporting implementation and measuring their effectiveness. Your work will help teams across our Support Office, Retail and Distribution Centres confidently adopt new systems, processes and ways of working.
The role
Design and develop learning solutions for major business initiatives (ERP, Dayforce)
Translate complex system, process and policy changes into clear and practical learning
Create engaging digital learning modules, videos, simulations, facilitator materials, guides, job aids and assessments
Build and maintain courses and learning pathways within the Dayforce LMS
Work closely with subject matter experts, project teams and business leaders to ensure learning content is accurate and relevant
Develop learning plans aligned to project testing, release, cutover and go-live milestones
Coordinate pilots, train-the-trainer sessions, virtual learning and other rollout activities
Track learning completion, feedback, confidence and adoption, using insights to identify and address gaps
Support the ongoing administration and development of the LMS and contribute to broader Capability team initiatives
About you
You'll be an experienced learning professional who is comfortable working within a fast-moving project environment and can balance strong learning design capability with practical delivery.
Experience creating and delivering learning for major system, process or business transformation
Robust instructional design and digital learning experience
Hands‐on experience creating digital learning using tools such as Articulate and Camtasia
Experience working with an LMS, including building content and learning pathways; experience supporting LMS implementation or improvement would be highly regarded
The ability to take complex technical or process information and make it simple and engaging for different audiences
Experience working alongside project, technology, change and business teams.
Strong stakeholder management, planning and organisational skills
Confidence facilitating, coaching and supporting people through change
Strong attention to detail and Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple deadlines
Experience within retail or another multi-site environment would be advantageous but isn't essential
