to join our
Secondary
school team in a
full time, ongoing

commencing

. The successful candidate will provide strategic, instructional andcurriculum leadership for English across the Secondary College,supporting the delivery of high-quality, Gospel-inspired educationthat nurtures students academically, spiritually, socially andemotionally.
This is not just a role, it's a sacred opportunity to lead,administrate and nurture with purpose and conviction, sowing seedsof faith and learning that will shape student lives foreternity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing English Learning Areaaligned with the College's Christian vision.
Lead excellence in English curriculum, teaching andlearning across Years 7–12.
Drive staff development, collaboration and continuousimprovement.
Lead high-quality assessment, moderation and academicstandards.
Manage resources, budgets and strategic planning to supportstudent success.
Champion wellbeing, professionalism and activeparticipation in College life.
Selection Criteria
Demonstrates a personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christand is an active member of a Christian Church, living inaccordance with the Association's Statement of Faith, ChristianLifestyle Statement and Educational Objectives.
Model and contribute to the Christian ethos of the Collegecommunity.
Lead engaging English programs that inspire literacy,critical thinking and creativity.
Drive curriculum innovation, assessment excellence, andmoderation practices.
Develop and support staff through coaching, mentoring andprofessional growth.
Build a positive, collaborative culture while overseeingbudgets and resources.
Current Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia(TRBWA) registration and a valid Working with Children Check(WWCC), or willingness to apply.
