Provide supervision and direction to Radiographers and staff to ensure a high-quality service in the West metro region
Maintain a high-quality, efficient medical imaging service for patients and referrers
Ensure adequate clinic staffing levels and work alongside other site managers on regional rostering needs
Coordinate ongoing education, support and professional development for staff
Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management to ensure high-level service provision
Establish and develop community networks to facilitate client understanding and satisfaction
Requirements
Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration
Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training
Extensive experience and competency in mammography
Demonstrated patients first approach to service provision
Police Check and Working with Children Check
