The Opportunity
n
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional team leader to join our growing Events Department. If you love creating memorable moments and want to be part of a agile and fun team, then this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Inspire your team and make every event unforgettable. You'll be:
n
Working effectively within a team environment to provide excellent customer service
n
Leading the shift, including task allocation and staff supervision
n
Demonstrating strong teamwork qualities and an understanding of legislative health and safety
n
Briefing and motivating the team while displaying a strong work ethic, ensuring the quality of the event is always maintained
n
Taking responsibility for the setup and pack down of the event
n
Engaging with Supervisors to develop and improve your area of responsibility
n
Conducting training and assessing the competency of team members to assist in team development and mentoring
n
Maintaining transparent communication with the client when required
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
Bring your energy, excitement and impress our guests with our one-of-a-kind events. You'll bring:
n
n
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is a requirement (valid in Queensland)
n
Bar Knowledge with the relevant experience is an advantage.
n
You should be willing to lead a shift and be responsible for your assigned area
n
Event experience and a keen eye for presentation
n




Comprehensive knowledge of cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) skills.
n
Have a positive attitude towards improving guest's experience
n
Forklift, RMLV and Manual driver's licence is an advantage.
