About The Role
Working closely with the Managing Director and SME's, you'll play a central role in shaping and driving high-quality tenders. This is a hands-on position where you'll be researching, writing and submitting bids in the facilities services space.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and bid strategy through to content creation, review, and final submission.
Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to gather information, coordinate contributions, and ensure responses align with client requirements and organisational standards.
Develop compelling, high-quality bid and proposal content that clearly articulates value propositions and differentiators.
Review and enhance submission documents to ensure they are accurate, concise, compliant, and tailored to each client's specific needs.
Manage post-submission activities, including client clarifications, additional information requests, and ongoing communication throughout the evaluation process.
Partner with operational and business development teams to track opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and identify new avenues for business growth.
About You




Proven experience in a Bid Writing role, ideally within the facilities sector.
Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related discipline.
Strong capability across Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
