A rare opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic self-starter seeking a agile property management role in a privately owned luxury apartment complex.

The role removes so much of the hard slog of a traditional PM role as full corporate and management support deals with accounts and so much more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage an existing rental portfolio
n
Focus on lease compliance and renewal
n
Liase with other teams
n
Manage vacancies and movements within the portfolio
n
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure full compliance within the portfolio
n
Requirements
n
Experience in property management
n
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
n
Ability to work autonomously with a can-do attitude
n
This is a permanent full-time position with the possibility of 9-day fortnight flexibility.
