About the Role
As a Qualified Horticulturist, you'll play an important role in maintaining exceptional outdoor environments to the highest presentation standards. You'll work alongside a skilled team and may have opportunities to provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Your responsibilities will include:
Mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, mulching and weeding
Garden and landscape maintenance to premium presentation standards
Planting, seasonal garden displays and landscape enhancements




Identifying and treating plant pests, diseases and nutrient deficiencies
Operating and maintaining horticultural tools, machinery and irrigation systems
Supporting turf renovation and improvement projects
Assisting with task coordination and mentoring within the team where required
Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
About You
We're looking for a passionate horticultural professional who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
To be successful, you'll have:
Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (essential)
Practical experience in commercial or high-end horticultural maintenance
Strong plant identification and garden maintenance knowledge
Experience operating horticultural equipment and machinery
A proactive attitude and robust work ethic
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A current driver's licence
White Card and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
