Travel Masters and The Travel Studio are seeking an outstanding Senior Travel Adviser to join our established and growing team our agencies located in Nerang and Mermaid Waters. This is more than a booking role. It is an opportunity to become a trusted travel expert, a mentor, and a key contributor to the continued success of a respected and client-focused travel business.

Working with a loyal and diverse client base, you will design memorable travel experiences ranging from luxury escapes and complex international itineraries to corporate travel and bespoke journeys. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service while helping to develop the next generation of travel professionals.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Create exceptional travel experiences through expert consultation, personalised recommendations and meticulous attention to detail
n
Design and manage complex domestic and international itineraries, including luxury, leisure, group and corporate travel arrangements
n
Build and nurture long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
n
Deliver outstanding customer service before, during and after travel
n




Handle complex booking requirements and unforeseen travel disruptions with confidence and professionalism
n
Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and helping elevate team performance
n
Stay ahead of industry trends, destination updates, airline developments and travel regulations
n
Foster solid supplier relationships to secure the best outcomes and value for clients
n
Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance the overall client experience
n
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture
n
What You'll Bring
n
We're looking for a proven travel professional who combines outstanding industry knowledge with a genuine passion for customer service.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
2+ years' experience as a Travel Adviser or Travel Consultant
n
Strong GDS experience, preferably Amadeus
n
Extensive international travel knowledge and destination expertise
n
Proven success managing a loyal client portfolio
n
Exceptional sales, relationship-building and communication skills
n
The ability to confidently manage complex and high-value bookings
n
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
n
Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting other team members
n
A proactive,



solutions-focused approach and a commitment to service excellence
