$78,260 - $82,065 per annum (pending experience)

Townsville Catholic Education Education is seeking an organised and detail-focused Employee Contract Adviser to coordinate employment contracts for staff across our organisation.
This is a fixed-term, part-time opportunity with strong potential to be extended. The position is based on 31 hours per week, but we are genuinely flexible - you may choose to work fewer hours if that suits you better, and we're open to discussing how you structure those hours across the working week.
In this role you will:
Coordinate employment contracts for new and existing employees across TCE.
Process onboarding, position changes, extensions, secondments and terminations.
Ensure contract and employee information is accurately maintained in the HRIS.
Monitor contract end dates and follow up with schools and managers.
Provide practical advice and support to Principals and Managers.
Help schools understand and follow contracting processes.
Support annual fixed-term contract reviews and legislative compliance.
Identify and implement process and workflow improvements.
Support other People and Safety functions and projects as required.
About you:




You'll bring solid attention to detail, excellent organisation and communication skills, confidence working with systems and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Experience in HR, contracts, pay roll or administration would be advantageous.
This is a great opportunity to build practical experience in HR systems, employment documentation, compliance and stakeholder support and a valuable stepping stone into broader HR roles.
