Rocky Bay is looking for an experienced Team Leader or Manager to lead our Supported Accommodation service in Lockridge.
You'll lead a large team supporting customers with a wide range of abilities and support needs, from largely self-sufficient customers through to people with intellectual disabilities and complex physical and health needs. This includes wheelchair users, PEG feeding, active support and management of restrictive practices.

About you
Proven experience as a Team Leader, Manager or similar, leading a large team.
Strong disability sector experience, ideally in Supported Accommodation.
Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and complex physical and health needs.
Experience or understanding of restrictive practices.
Robust communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of NDIS requirements and person-centred practice.
