Industrial Electricians
who want to make a genuine impact while building a rewarding long-term career.
Working within our operational maintenance teams, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving the electrical and instrumentation assets that keep our plant operating safely, reliably and efficiently. You'll apply your technical expertise to fault find complex equipment, improve reliability and contribute to the ongoing success of one of Australia's largest manufacturing operations.
You'll join a supportive team that values safety, innovation and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
Perform planned and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical and instrumentation equipment
Diagnose and resolve faults using structured problem-solving techniques
Identify and implement equipment reliability improvements
Support maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and improve asset performance
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental performance
Contribute to the ongoing reliability and efficiency of critical plant equipment
About you

You'll Bring
Electrical Trade Qualification and NSW Qualified Supervisor Certificate
Experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining, utilities or high-power environments
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
A commitment to safety,
teamwork and continuous improvement
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
Pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining reliable equipment performance
Highly Regarded
Experience with induction furnaces and high-power inverter equipment
PLC experience, particularly ControlLogix
Forklift, EWP and confined space tickets
