The Opportunity
This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced
Supply Chain Operations Manager
to lead warehouse operations. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain APAC, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, customer-focused and cost-effective operations while building a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
This is a unique opportunity to influence a large regional operation, develop warehouse leadership capability and drive strategic supply chain initiatives that support business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead a network of warehouse operations through direct leadership of Warehouse Managers
Drive consistent execution of warehouse standards, processes and operating procedures
Develop and deliver operational strategies aligned with broader business objectives
Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites
Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, service levels and cost performance
Use data and KPI reporting to drive informed decision-making and measurable outcomes
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration and continuous learning
Lead change and transformation initiatives across the network
About You
Significant experience leading multi-site warehouse, distribution or logistics operations
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline would be highly regarded
Strong people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Demonstrated success delivering operational improvements across safety, customer service, productivity and cost management
Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other continuous improvement methodologies would be highly regarded
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost optimisation
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
Experience with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
