CMAX Advisory is growing, and we are looking for advisors who can help clients navigate complex policy, political, industry and stakeholder environments.
This role would suit a recent graduate in public policy, business, international relations, or communications. We are particularly interested in people who are curious, commercially minded, politically astute and motivated by delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

As part of the CMAX Advisory team, you will work alongside and learn from experienced consultants, government relations advisers, communications specialists and strategists who bring deep insight into government, industry and public policy.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work with your CMAX Advisory colleagues to develop and deliver strategies, campaigns and engagement programs for clients operating in complex and highly regulated environments.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Support client engagements,



ensuring we provide high-quality services and outcomes.
Direct client engagement with a range of stakeholders within and outside of government, the bureaucracy, think tanks and the media.
Lead research and policy analysis to develop strategies and other products, including:
- stakeholder mapping and key message matrixes;
- stakeholder engagement strategies;
- regulatory engagement strategies;
- strategic communications plans;
- developing communications collateral to support strategies;
- support event and media engagement strategies;
- campaign evaluations;
- market analysis briefs;
- policy papers and policy analysis products;
- government proposals, grant applications, submissions and tenders on behalf of clients.
Develop and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to grow our market footprint.
Support your Account Director and the Executive with new business development opportunities across multiple sectors.
Other duties as required.
