Develop and execute industry strategies to build pipeline, increase pipeline velocity and deliver New Work Secured outcomes

Build market influence and trusted executive relationships across the Resources sector

Position Aurecon as a Tier 1 partner in the resources sector
n
Identify, prioritise and lead major pursuits and growth plays
n
Use market insight, client intelligence and commercial focus to convert opportunities into revenue, backlog and as-bid outcomes
n
Lead strategic client portfolios and Client Engagement Teams
n
Mobilise multidisciplinary capability across Aurecon to solve complex client challenges
n
Inspire teams, align interdependencies and strengthen ways of working
n
Enable Aurecon to win and deliver at scale while maintaining a collaborative, high-performing culture

Requirements

Proven track record delivering significant revenue, sales or New Work Secured outcomes
n
Confidence to be measured against ambitious growth targets
n
Established senior client relationships across the Resources Sector
n
Experience in consulting, professional services or a similar market-facing environment
n
Experience shaping pursuits, leading major bids and converting client demand into work
n
Strong understanding of Resources market trends, client value chains, regulation,



competitors and emerging opportunities
n
Ability to turn market insight into focused industry priorities
n
Ability to influence without direct authority

Ability to build followership across diverse teams
