Renaissance Care (Scotland) seeks a Wellbeing Lead (Activities Co-ordinator) for Cowdray Club Care Home, 35 hours per week. You will design personalised activities to improve residents' wellbeing, working with staff, residents and relatives to identify what matters most and to provide meaningful daily engagement.
The role requires care experience and ideally organisational or financial management experience.
