Support customers through on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions
Install and optimize hardware, software, networking products and configurations at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
Perform maintenance and repair services
Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations affecting product performance
Respond proactively to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned business interruptions
Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems and application software
Serve as an internal technical resource and manage product escalations
Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D; teams to provide customer solutions
Work on associated projects
Deliver internal technical training, maintenance seminars and workshops for field engineers or customers
Train other field engineers or customers
Calibrate equipment on-site for large-volume customers
Qualify leads
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences or a related discipline
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of professional experience are welcome to apply
Relevant internships, part-time experience or graduate roles will be considered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Proactive and positive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills




Previous customer service or customer-facing experience would be an added advantage
Must consent to and meet Agilent-approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites
Credentialing may require proof of identification, proof of certification to perform the work required, and customer health and safety requirements
Candidates based in Perth are preferred; candidates based in Victoria may also be considered
Willingness to travel 25% of the time
