We're looking for a confident, reliable and hands-on Café Supervisor to join our team.
n
You'll help lead the café team, keep service running smoothly during busy periods, and make sure our customers receive friendly, efficient service every time.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Supervise and support the café team during shifts
n
Lead by example and maintain a positive team setting
n
Confidently make quality coffee and other café beverages
n
Take orders, prepare and serve food and drinks when required
n
Ensure food quality, presentation and service standards are maintained
n
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
n
Ensure café areas are clean, organised and well presented
n
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety procedures
n




Assist with opening and closing procedures
n
Train and support new team members
n
Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations and staffing
n
n

Happy to be hands-on and jump in wherever needed

Available to work weekends and school holidays (full time / part time position)
n
Previous café or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
