About the Role
At Team Global Express, our fleet keeps Australia moving. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Team Leader to lead a small team responsible for maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our fleet data across approximately 2,000 vehicles. Based in Larapinta, this role sits within our Equipment Services team and plays a critical part in ensuring our vehicles remain safe, compliant, and operational.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach and support a team of Fleet Administrators to deliver accurate and timely fleet administration services.
Maintain fleet data integrity across Team Global Express systems, ensuring information is accurate, current and compliant.
Monitor and manage key fleet administration activities including registrations, servicing schedules, inspections, tolls, infringements and vehicle records.
Review, validate and quality-check fleet data and transactions.
Drive consistency in fleet administration processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work closely with operational, finance, procurement, safety and compliance stakeholders to ensure fleet governance standards are maintained.
Support regulatory, audit and compliance requirements while helping ensure vehicles remain roadworthy and operational.
What You'll Bring
Experience in fleet administration, transport, logistics, asset management or a similar operational administration environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse, manipulate and validate data.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.




Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Previous people leadership or team coordination - nice to have
An understanding of fleet operations, compliance and transport environments - nice to have
