About the role:
As a
Warranty Administrator,
you will be the essential link between the service team and manufacturer warranty processes, ensuring claims are submitted correctly and efficiently so the dealership runs smoothly and technicians are supported.
Your day-to-day will include:
Processing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers accurately and on time, giving you ownership over a critical part of the service department's performance
Reviewing job cards and repair orders to ensure warranty work is correctly documented, building your technical knowledge with every claim
Liaising with service advisors and technicians to gather the right information, keeping you connected across the whole team
Reconciling warranty credits and following up on outstanding claims, giving you real visibility over financial outcomes
Staying up to date with manufacturer warranty policies so your expertise remains current and valued
About You:
You are someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys working within a structured process where your contribution directly affects the team's results.
More about you:
Previous experience in a warranty administration or service administration role within the automotive industry
Familiarity with dealer management systems, giving you a head start from day one




Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise confidently with manufacturers and internal teams
A methodical approach to processing paperwork and meeting submission deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a busy service team
