As a Engineering Manager in the Apply With Ease Crew, you'll be a hands-on engineering leader who spends your time where it matters most: solving complex technical problems, building software and leading a small squad of talented engineers. This is not a delivery management role. You'll be actively involved in full-stack, full-cycle software development, contributing to architecture, writing production code, reviewing pull requests, improving platform reliability and helping your team ship high-quality solutions from idea to production. Working closely with Product and Design, you'll lead a squad of 3-5 engineers to create secure, scalable and intuitive home lending experiences that make applying for a home loan simpler and faster for our customers.
You'll combine technical leadership with people leadership, coaching engineers while remaining deeply connected to the technology and outcomes your squad delivers. Owning the entire software lifecycle, you'll help shape technical strategy, champion modern engineering practices, drive AI-powered development and automation, and ensure your team builds, runs and continuously improves the products they own. Your impact will extend beyond your squad as you help uplift engineering standards across Home Buying,
