About the Role
Join our team as an Enrolled Nurse and provide compassionate, person-centred care alongside Registered Nurses and Midwives. You'll support children, young people, women and families with diverse needs while building your clinical skills in a supportive healthcare environment.
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
Support person-centred care under RN/Midwife supervision
Recognise clinical deterioration and accelerate concerns promptly
Build strong relationships with patients, families and care teams
Work collaboratively across the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain professional standards, policies and quality practices
Develop clinical skills and keep knowledge current
Connect with government and non-government service partners
Support people with complex needs and diverse cultural backgrounds
About You
You'll bring compassionate nursing care, sound clinical judgement and a collaborative approach to supporting patients and the wider healthcare team.
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold or be eligible for NMBA Enrolled Nurse registration
Hold or be eligible for a current practising certificate
Complete approved study in medicine administration, if required
Bring acute care nursing experience within scope of practice
Communicate well, prioritise care and work effectively in a team
