Enterprise information architecture, metadata, taxonomy and information governance expertise
An experienced
Information Architect
is required to support a significant organisational change program. You will shape how information is structured, classified, governed and shared across business systems, helping establish a sustainable information environment that supports better services and business outcomes.
Your duties will include:
Assessing the current information landscape, repositories, structures and information flows
Facilitating discovery workshops with business, technical and executive stakeholders
Developing conceptual and logical information models, taxonomies and metadata frameworks
Designing information classification, content and interoperability structures
Establishing information governance standards, recommendations and supporting documentation
Aligning information architecture with enterprise, business, data and solution architecture
Supporting implementation, stakeholder adoption and knowledge transfer activities
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience designing and governing enterprise information architectures
Strong expertise in information modelling, metadata, taxonomy and classification frameworks
Experience establishing information governance standards and improving information quality
Ability to assess current-state environments and design practical future-state architectures
Robust workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and consensus-building skills
Understanding of privacy, security classification, records management and regulatory obligations
Experience working in Agile environments and managing work through tools such as Azure DevOps
