About the Role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support to residents in aged care settings.



We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities, giving you the flexibility to build your own roster while making a genuine difference.
Essential Criteria
Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience
Reliable, registered and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence (advantageous)
Current Manual Handling and CPR certificates
Current National Police Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Genuine passion for providing high‐quality care and improving the lives of older Australians
Desirable Attributes
Empathetic and patient with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Adaptable and reliable in agile care environments
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
