The Role
Working closely with a highly regarded corporate partner, you will advise a diverse client base ranging from start-ups and private businesses through to ASX-listed entities and large unlisted public companies. The team has a particular focus on the food and agribusiness, health, construction and logistics sectors.
The work is broad and commercially focused, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate structuring and restructures, commercial contracts and corporate governance matters. You will scope and manage due diligence processes, draft and negotiate key transaction documents and take an active role in driving transactions through to completion.




This is not simply an execution-focused position. You will enjoy meaningful client engagement, autonomy over your matters and the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers and help allocate work across the team.

About You
You are a driven Corporate or Commercial lawyer looking to take the next step in your career, with:
4+ years' PQE from a recognised corporate practice;
Commercially astute, with a client-first mindset;
The ability to manage transactions and competing deadlines; and
An interest in mentoring and contributing to team growth
