Base Salary Starting at $104,000 + Fuel Card + $650/Month Vehicle Allowance

What You'll Do
n

Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
n
Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
n
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
n
Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
n
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
n
Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships.
n
Support field operations and mentor project teams.
n
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
n
Partner with leadership to support continued company growth.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 5 years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience.
n
Experience managing commercial, industrial,



healthcare, institutional, manufacturing, data center, or similar electrical construction projects.
n
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
n
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
n
Proven leadership and communication skills.
n
Strong client-facing experience and relationship management abilities.
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
n
