2 x Highrise Foreman Structural and Finishes

Key responsibilities
n
Structures Foreman:
n
Supervise and coordinate all structural trades and subcontractors
n
Manage formwork, reinforcement, concrete and post-tensioning works
n
Coordinate concrete pours and associated inspections
n
Oversee crane operations, lifting activities and site logistics
n
Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications and construction documentation
n
Manage daily and weekly structural programmes and short-term look-ahead planning
n
Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and manpower
n
Conduct pre-pour inspections and ensure works are ready for concrete placement
n
Manage QA requirements, ITPs, inspections and relevant documentation
n
Identify and resolve structural coordination issues before they impact programme delivery
n
Finishing Foreman:
n
Manage finishing trades including plasterers, tilers, painters, joiners and services contractors
n
Drive programme adherence while maintaining exceptional quality standards
n
Deliver QA and QC requirements from prototype rooms through to final handover
n
Lead defect management using digital site platforms and a zero-defect mindset
n
Maintain a safe, well‐organised and productive work environment
n
Coordinate directly with consultants,



client representatives and subcontractors to resolve site issues efficiently
n
Ensure luxury apartment finishes are delivered to the highest standard
n
About you
n
Structures Foreman:
n
Proven experience as a Structures Foreman, Structures Supervisor or similar
n
Strong history delivering high‐rise residential or commercial projects, ideally 10+ storeys
n
Extensive reinforced concrete construction experience
n
Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement and post‐tensioning
n
Previous experience managing structural subcontractors and large site teams
n
Sound understanding of construction sequencing and programming
n
Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings
n
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
Finishing Foreman:
n
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Finishes Supervisor on major residential developments
n
Experience delivering high‐density residential projects (ideally $50M+)
n
Trade background in Carpentry, Joinery, Plastering or similar
n
Strong understanding of premium apartment finishes, joinery and waterproofing standards
n
Exceptional attention to detail and quality outcomes
n
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive subcontractor performance
n
Current White Card and relevant site certifications
n
