Accounts Payable Specialist | Trussville, AL

We're hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Trussville, Alabama. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong accuracy and experience managing accounts payable, preferably within the construction industry.

What You'll Do
n

Monitor and upload invoices received by email, fax, and mail into accounting software
n
Accurately enter invoice information and distribute invoices to the appropriate departments
n
Verify and post approved invoices
n
Review subcontractor pay applications for contract compliance and process entries
n
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
n
Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment status
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in construction
n
Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
n
Excellent computer and organizational skills
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
n
Strong communication and follow-through
