What You Will Do
Assign engineers/technicians based on skillset, location, and job requirements.
Coordinate with customers for site/equipment readiness, delivery, and scheduling.
Plan and manage job scheduling for both field and service centre activities, including travel, trainings and inductions.
Ensure regular updates are communicated to customers at every key milestone or as per customer requests.
Consolidate and book costs/hours,



handing over to CSC for invoicing within 10 business days of job completion.
Manage purchase orders for tools, calibration, PPE, and other non-spare part purchases.
Work closely with other coordinators, managers, and teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
What you bring
Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Proven ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Robust experience in coordination and planning.
Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a range of stakeholders.
