Own and deliver the eProcurement channel sales quota and commercial result
Own pricing and catalogue commercials, account-level margin, revenue and growth targets
Grow spend, adoption and share of wallet across connected enterprise accounts
Own the eProcurement pipeline with contracts, product and business analysis
Prioritise connections and convert pipeline into live, transacting accounts
Forecast and report pipeline, revenue, margin, adoption, retention and live-account performance
Act on commercial levers to close performance gaps
Own commercial relationships with connected enterprise accounts
Act as single point of contact from onboarding through go-live and own the post-launch customer journey
Drive adoption, satisfaction and retention and report customer experience and voice-of-customer metrics
Provide commercial oversight of connection delivery, escalating blockers and communicating delivery risk
Standardise onboarding using governance documentation and automation
Partner with sales and contracts on tenders, renewals and strategic accounts
Maintain accurate customer catalogues, pricing and procurement data
Work across contracts, sales, product, operations, branch network, customers' procurement and digital-commerce teams, and integration partners
Report to the GM – Digital & eCommerce; role has no direct reports
Requirements
7+ years in B2B sales, channel management, strategic account management or commercial leadership
Demonstrated accountability for a quota, revenue or margin target
Direct experience selling, launching or growing eProcurement or B2B digital commerce integrations (PunchOut, EDI, cXML or hosted catalogues) with enterprise customers
Working knowledge of SAP Ariba, Coupa or SAP Business Network
Working knowledge of integration partners such as TradeCentric,



GHX or VANs
Proven experience building long-term relationships with enterprise and contract customers
Experience engaging senior stakeholders on both sides
Ability to translate technical integration concepts into explicit commercial value
Confidence using pipeline data, reporting and customer insight to prioritise activity and improve performance
Australian Citizen or holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa
Bachelor's degree in business or similar is desirable
