What this role is all about
Lucid Consulting Australia has an opportunity for multiple Electrical Engineers to join our growing Adelaide team.

In this role, you will:
Work across a diverse portfolio of projects
Be backed by a highly engaged, employee-owned business

How you'll contribute day-to-day
Utilise your organisational capability and engaging approach to successfully deliver projects
Train and supervise graduate engineers assisting on projects under your direction
Apply technical excellence across Electrical Services design
Conduct QA reviews on Electrical deliverables in line with Lucid's QA policy
Interface with clients and contractors across active projects
Prepare fee proposals and contribute to project bids
Manage teams, collaborate within multidisciplinary design teams,



and provide direction to junior engineers
Attend site inspections and project meetings, including preparation and review of reports and minutes
Represent Lucid at industry events and forums
See clearly through complex challenges with Lucid thinking and structure
Act boldly with ownership, autonomy, and the backing of a national team

What sets you up for success
Has a minimum of 3-4 years' Electrical Engineering experience
Holds an Australian-recognised Engineering degree or relevant trade background
Holds relevant registrations (CPEng, NER, RPEQ or QBCC Designers Licence)
Demonstrates strong problem-solving capability
Has excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Holds Australian citizenship
Shows a thorough understanding of regulations, Australian Standards, and the National Construction Code
Has experience with engineering modelling software including CAD and Revit
Brings diverse project experience, with Health and/or Defence experience highly regarded
Can independently manage discipline elements across projects




Can manage projects across the full design life cycle through to construction and practical completion
Shows a commitment to accuracy, professionalism, organisation, presentation, and continuous improvement
