About the Opportunity
n
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive National HSET Administrator to join our corporate HSET team based in Osborne Park. This role plays a critical part in supporting our national operations by managing HSET systems, document control processes, reporting requirements, and broader compliance initiatives across the business.
n
Reporting to the National HSET manager, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple sites, providing administrative and systems support that contributes to a safe, compliant, and high performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the document control process, including document uploads, revisions, reporting, system administration, and user training.
n
Prepare HSET Senior Leadership Team meeting presentations, weekly team meeting presentations, and associated meeting minutes.
n
Assist with incident data gathering and standardised tender submissions.
n
Raise and receipt purchase orders through Workplace/GP.
n
Develop monthly toolbox talks and other safety related communications.
n
Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reporting.
n
Provide general HSET administrative support and contribute to strategic HSET initiatives and projects.
n
Administer key HSET platforms including Myosh, Rapid, ChemAlert, and SAI Global.
n
Manage user accounts, system updates, training, technical support, and content administration.
n
Prepare monthly HSET performance reports, including TRIFR and other frequency rates.
n
Maintain and manage HSET Power BI reporting dashboards, including KPI reporting and site configuration.
n
Assist with project start up documentation and compliance requirements.
n
Manage induction and training documentation uploads.
n
Support KPI reporting requirements across the business.
n
Assist with various HSET projects and administrative initiatives, including contractor management documentation and compliance tracking.

About You
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
Previous systems administration experience, ideally within HSET, safety, compliance, or operational environments.
n
Experience using HSET management systems such as Myosh and Rapid (highly regarded).
n
Strong document control and document management experience.
n
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
n
The ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
n
Previous HSET administration experience is preferred.
n
Experience within the mining sector will be highly regarded.
n
