Accountant
to join our high-performing Finance team.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be supporting the financial health of our organisation by:
Preparing and processing standard month-end journals (accruals, prepayments, depreciation)
Completing accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations across all group entities
Assisting with the Monthly Board Report, including insightful variance analysis and commentary
Managing Business Activity Statements (BAS), FBT returns and statutory reporting obligations
Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
Assisting in year-end external audit processes
Business partnering with department leaders to deliver insights and support strategic decisions
Collaborating with FP&A; on OPEX projections and cash flow forecasting
What You Bring to the Team
3+ years' experience in a similar finance or accounting role
Strong general ledger knowledge and experience with end-of-month processes
High attention to detail with solid data analysis and Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
A recognised degree in Accounting or Finance
A commercial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
