We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of business development across Victoria and play a highly influential role in growing the company's customer base and market presence.
n
This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to manage an existing portfolio. We're looking for a genuine hunter, someone who knows the fire market, has strong industry relationships and thrives on opening doors, winning new customers and building long-term commercial partnerships.
n
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to drive current business, develop key accounts and influence the sales strategy moving forward.

With plans to expand the business and grow its sales capability, there is genuine scope to make your mark, take on greater responsibility and become a key part of the leadership team as the business grows.

What will you do?
n

Take ownership of business development across the Victorian market
n
Identify, target and win new customers
n
Build and strengthen relationships with fire contractors and key industry customers
n
Leverage your existing network to generate new opportunities
n
Develop existing accounts and identify further opportunities for growth
n
Build a strong pipeline across major commercial projects
n
Manage quotations, pricing, negotiations and margins
n
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share
n
Work closely with senior leadership to shape the sales strategy and build the sales function as the business grows
n

What will you need?
n
n
Proven sales experience within the fire protection industry is essential
n
Demonstrated success in new business development and winning customers
n
A genuine hunter mentality and confidence opening new doors
n
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
Exposure to fire pumps, pumps and/or HVAC would be highly regarded
n
Ambition to grow with a business and take on greater responsibility over time
n
Full working rights without requiring sponsorship
