Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Pastoral Care Worker – Residential Homes to provide compassionate, Christ-centred pastoral care to older residents at our Taren Point homes. You will become part of a caring team, walking with residents and families through everyday life and times of transition.
The role requires faith-based service, strong listening and communication, and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds while maintaining skilled boundaries and documentation.
