REA Group is seeking a strategic leader to design and own the enterprise talent system architecture, connecting workforce planning, mobility, succession, insights and global workforce choices. You will partner with Talent, People Partnering and PMO support to embed enduring workforce planning as a core capability.
Lead the framework for capability taxonomy, scenario testing and central analytics, with responsibility for governance, enterprise design standards and location strategy.
