How you will make contributions that matter
As a Production Operator, you'll be part of a supportive team working together to keep our plant running safely, efficiently and to a high-quality standard. You'll play a hands‐on role in day‐to‐day production, ensuring our products meet quality, safety and hygiene requirements.
This role requires flexibility to work across rotating shifts, including Day, Afternoon and Night shift.
Follow quality, GMP and production procedures
Adhere to site safety (OHS) and hygiene standards
Maintain high standards of cleaning, hygiene and product quality
Conduct product sampling and basic quality checks
Work to daily production plans and meet site performance targets
Identify and report equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
About you
Sound understanding of safety, food handling and hygiene practices
Good literacy, numeracy and basic computer skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem‐solve on the go
Clear communicator who works well as part of a team
Previous experience in manufacturing, production or dairy (desirable, not essential)
