The Package:
$99,242 - $109,****** gross per annum + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 14 of the QPRC Salary System ****) and Award increases of 4% in ******* and 4% in *********.
Full-time – 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements will be considered.
Are you passionate about waste management, sustainability and delivering projects that make a difference to the community?
In this role you will:
Lead and support the Waste Projects and Planning team, fostering a positive, engaged and customer-focused team environment.
Plan, deliver and review projects and initiatives aligned with Council's Waste Strategy, while monitoring emerging waste management issues and trends.
Provide strategic advice and prepare reports for a range of stakeholders, while collaborating with internal teams to improve waste management and customer outcomes.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds relevant qualifications in Waste Management, Project Management, Environmental Management or a related discipline, and/or has substantial relevant experience.




Has demonstrated experience leading a customer-focused team and successfully planning, managing and delivering projects.
Has sound knowledge of waste minimisation, emerging waste management trends and NSW planning legislation, with robust written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills.
