We are a small Australian online store selling everyday goods to customers here and overseas.
Everyone works from home and the team is tiny, so you are never a number - we answer your messages, train you properly and keep the workload steady.
We are looking for one dependable person to help run daily store operations for the long term.Your tasks will cover three areas.Orders and listings: handle incoming orders, keep product pages tidy, update prices and delivery settings so customers never hit a surprise.Reports and stock: pull sales figures on schedule, build easy weekly summaries, watch cost and margin, and flag when best-sellers need reordering.Customer service: reply to emails and chat in friendly, clear English - delivery timing, sizing, returns, order updates.
A short follow-up after each sale keeps our reviews strong.You do not need e-commerce experience - we will train you.
We do need someone organised, reliable and at ease with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets is plenty).
Written English matters because you are the voice of the store to customers.Hours and payAround 36 hours a week, roughly six hours a day over five days.




You can arrange mornings and afternoons to fit your life.Weekends are light: process the orders, send the one-page summary, done.
$*****-$***** per hour plus Superannuation, paid by direct deposit every fortnight.
