We're seeking an experienced
Site Supervisor
for sites across Southwest region of Brisbane - who is looking for their next challenge and the opportunity to further develop their skills while contributing to an exciting phase of growth at Bold Living.
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality homes with a transparent point of difference in the market, while working alongside an experienced construction and Head Office team that is committed to supporting you and your success.

Our experienced Head Office team and dedicated construction support teams manage client communication and the administrative side of the build, keeping you informed and ensuring you have the support you need.

Programming and scheduling
Trade coordination
Site safety and compliance
Delivering exceptional builds
At Bold Living, you'll manage a realistic portfolio of builds, supported by an experienced office team and structured systems.
What we're looking for:




Experience as a Supervisor of at least 2 years is a must
Any renovation experience would also be helpful for problem solving
Manage the construction process from site start through to completion
Coordinate trades and subcontractors
Manage programming, scheduling and site progress
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality
Conduct quality inspections and ensure construction standards are met
Monitor site safety and compliance
Identify and resolve construction issues efficiently
Maintain solid relationships with trades and internal teams
Deliver projects on time and to company standards
