efficient and compliant operation of production activities during your shift.
You'll provide leadership and direction to operational teams while ensuring production, quality, safety and business objectives are achieved.Leading and promoting a solid safety culture where everyone goes home safe every dayCoordinating people, equipment and resources to deliver production plans and operational targetsProviding leadership, coaching and support to operators, technicians, team leaders and contractorsMonitoring manufacturing processes and responding effectively to operational issuesEnsuring products are manufactured in line with quality requirements, procedures and specificationsSupporting incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action implementationCoordinating maintenance activities and supporting equipment reliability initiativesIdentifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities that improve productivity, safety, quality and efficiencySupporting employee onboarding, training and competency developmentMaintaining effective shift communication and handovers to ensure operational continuityWhat We're Looking ForYou are a people-focused leader who enjoys being visible in the workplace, developing others and taking ownership of outcomes.Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing, production, process or industrial environmentStrong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellenceExcellent communication, decision‐making and problem‐solving skillsExperience supporting investigations,
