About the RoleAs a Disability Support Worker, you'll support people with disability to live meaningful, self-directed lives.
Working across a range of services and environments, you'll provide personalised support that promotes independence, choice and control while helping people achieve their goals, build skills and participate in the things that matter most to them.
Our Disability Support Workers work across a variety of settings, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Individualised Supports (ISL) and Community Participation programs.What We Offer?

You don't need previous disability experience to make a difference.

flexibility and a positive attitudeThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamConfidence following support plans, policies and proceduresStrong written and verbal communication skillsA willingness to learn and growA certificate IV in Disability, Diploma of Community Services or equivalent qualification (highly regarded but not mandatory)Previous experience in disability, aged care, community services or support work is highly regarded, but not essential.
