$105K–$125K + Super + 15% site uplift | Hybrid Site & Office | Full TimeWorking on Major Civil and Energy projects alongside Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and site teams, you will help ensure HSEQ requirements are understood, implemented and maintained across project delivery.The role combines site-based leadership with office-based HSEQ coordination, giving you exposure to a range of projects, teams and operational environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide practical HSEQ support and guidance to project and site teamsConduct regular site inspections, audits and compliance checksSupport the implementation and maintenance of HSEQ systems and processesAssist with risk assessments, SWMS, JHAs and project documentationParticipate in incident investigations and corrective action processesMonitor and report on HSEQ performance, trends and improvement opportunitiesSupport project mobilisation and HSEQ planningAssist with internal audits and continuous improvement initiativesDeliver toolbox talks, inductions and HSEQ training where requiredWork with project teams to identify and manage operational risksPromote a positive safety culture where people are encouraged to speak up and look out for one anotherMaintain compliance with relevant legislation, standards and project requirementsAbout YouWe are looking for an HSEQ professional who is practical, approachable and confident working with construction teams on site.Minimum 2 years' experience in an HSEQ Advisor or similar roleExperience within civil construction, infrastructure, energy or related industriesRelevant qualification in Work Health & Safety,
