Castle Education are recruiting High Needs Support Assistants for a range of schools and specialist provisions.This is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and helping young people develop their confidence, independence and ability to access education.What could your day look like?
Depending on the setting, you may:
Provide 1:1 support
Work with small groups
Support pupils within a classroom
Help pupils manage behaviour and emotions
Support communication and learning
Encourage independence and life skills
Help pupils engage positively with school
Experience with SEN, SEND, complex needs, autism, SEMH or behavioural support is highly desirable.The Benefits£*****–£***** per hour depending on experience and setting.
