You'll work independently in the community, helping older people maintain their safety, independence and quality of life.Assist with personal care including showering, grooming, dressing and skin checksProvide medication support by prompting, administering and supervising medicationsPerform domestic tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting,



laundry and meal preparationProvide companionship and meaningful social interactionTransport clients to appointments and social outingsFollow care plans and advocate for client needs and preferencesCommunicate and document client changes and concerns to the Case ManagerParticipate in staff training, appraisals and team meetingsContribute to quality improvement and incident managementWhat You'll BringEssentialMinimum availability of 3 days per week across the Western and Southern suburbsCertificate III in Individual Support (or higher)Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid & CPR certificatesFull Australian driver's licenceAccess to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceAccess to a smart mobile deviceAbility to work autonomously and adapt to client needsDesirableItalian language skills (advantageous, not essential)About Bene Aged CareBene Aged Care is a not-for-profit, values-driven organisation dedicated to supporting older South Australians to live meaningful and dignified lives.
