Salvos services go beyond addressing the core issues and challenges associated with problematic substance abuse and provide participants a place of hope, compassion, and dignity to recover safely.About the roleAs a Clinical Nurse, this is your opportunity to provide quality healthcare support, ensure secure and compliant medication practices, guide staff on health matters, oversee participants' clinical needs, and maintain strong relationships with local health providers.Reporting to the Residential Service Manager, this is a permanent part-time role offering 30.4 hours, 4 days a week, located on-site at The Basin, VIC.How you will make an impactDeliver day-to-day health support, including assessments, care planning, urinalysis screening, and coordination of medical and specialist appointmentsManage medication processes, including reviews, supervision of self-administration, audits, and collaboration with AOD staffMaintain accurate health documentation, participant medical files, and required reporting to support safe, compliant service deliveryProvide staff training, contribute to therapy groups, and participate in clinical assessments to support consistent, effective practiceLiaise with external health services, uphold WHS and accreditation standards,
