An exciting new model of home care - see clients both in the community in a facility-based Day Therapy Clinic
Support & training provided by dedicacted home care team
80:20 split of home visits vs clinic
Generous hourly rate
Equipment prescription and safety assessments
Consumer centred assessments, therapy and outcomes
Individualised reablement and restorative interventions

Recognised tertiary degree - Occupational Therapy
AHPRA Registration
Full working rights in Australia
National NDIS Worker Screening Check (with online NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety and You" certificate)
