private health discounts and novated leasing through salary sacrificeSupport through our Mind Matters Team and Employee Assistance ProgramWhat you will be doingEnsure safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Complete daily site crane inspections prior to start-up and record all findingsFollow hand signals, radio communication, or written instructions to coordinate with riggers and site supervisorsObserve all rigging techniques prior to performing any lift to ensure the lifting is rigged correctly and has the capacity to perform the lift safely.Assess the weight of all loads and ensure they are within crane capacityCrane operation installing steel structures, heavy mechanical equipment and construction or camp accommodation buildingsReport any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions immediately.What Is RequiredDemonstrated safety commitmentGood verbal and written communication skills.Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomesAbility to work within a team environment to achieve desired resultsFlexible and versatile attitudeExperience operating Cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and bobcats (Desirable)Tickets & Licenses RequiredCurrent Australian Driver's LicenseHRWL – CO, DG & RBConstruction Induction CardWorking at Heights,
