About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at our Coolangatta location on the Gold Coast.
This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to lead our food and beverage operations and contribute to the continued success of our venues - Pipi's Restaurant, Awaken Cafe & Mamma G's Cafe & Deli.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of F&B; service, ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience whilst maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
This role is pivotal in shaping the guest experience and driving the performance of our venue.Key responsibilitiesOversee daily food and beverage operations, including service delivery, quality control, and guest satisfactionLead, motivate, and develop your team, providing coaching, training, and performance managementManage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximise profitability whilst maintaining quality standardsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations across all food and beverage operationsCreate and implement menus, special promotions, and beverage programs that drive revenue and enhance the guest experienceMonitor and maintain hygiene standards and food safety protocols in accordance with industry best practicesManage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing to achieve optimal valueAnalyse sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiativesHandle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, resolving issues to maintain customer loyaltyLiaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and service excellenceWhat we're looking for2+ years' experience in a food and beverage management role within a hospitality setting,
